Oregon council approves O’Brien as new fire chief

        Oregon City Council on Monday unanimously approved Mayor Mike Seferian’s appointment of Clayton O’Brien to be the new fire chief, effective Nov. 28.

        Oregon Mayor Mike Seferian announced on Thursday he will appoint Clayton O’Brien to be the new fire chief. He will replace current Fire Chief Dennis Hartman, who is retiring on Dec. 2.
