City of Toledo Manager of Recreation Sherrie Shipman has been
named Woman of the Year by the National Amateur Baseball
Federation.  Shipman serves on the committee that organizes
the 16-team NABF College World Series wood bat baseball
tournament in August at Ned Skeldon Stadium the past three years.
