A Lake freshman midfielder, Shelby Antonacci, was named the
Suburban Lakes League Player of the Year.
Antonacci was joined by two other Flyers on the first team, both juniors — defender Tara Preble and attacker Drew Plummer. The 19-2-1 Flyers reached the regional final, losing to St. Mary Memorial 1-0 in a shootout.
The Flyers won an SLL championship with a 7-0-1 record, followed by Genoa (5-2-1), Woodmore (2-3-3), Eastwood (2-4-2), and Otsego (0-8).
Genoa first team choices are junior defender Tiffany Wright, senior midfielder Amanda Curry, junior midfielder Olivia Harder, sophomore attacker Rachel Albright, and junior goalkeeper Kayla Pickard.
Eastwood first team choices are senior defender Ashley Seifert, senior midfielder Kate Nicely, and sophomore attacker Saige Smith.
Second team defenders are Genoa sophomore Nicole Kraemer, Lake sophomore Hannah Cox, Woodmore junior Bekka Henck, Woodmore sophomore Brittany Wolford. Second team midfielders are Eastwood sophomore Sam Starkey, Lake sophomore Lindsay Hoffman, Otsego senior Corione Fonseca, Woodmore senior Tori Klickman.
Second team attackers are Eastwood sophomore Brie Rapp, Genoa junior Jessica Williams, Woodmore junior Jessie Wolfe. Second team goalkeepers are Lake freshman Asley Timmons and Woodmore senior Kate Wegart.

After winning a Suburban Lakes League championship with a perfect 7-0-1 league record, Genoa got three players on the All-SLL first team.
Senior defender Joe Karikas is joined by senior midfielder Steffen Weaver and senior attacker Gavin Benadum in representing the Comets.
Eastwood finished second at 5-2-1, followed by Lake (2-3-3), Otsego (2-6), and Woodmore (1-6-1).
Lake junior Philo Bryant, named Player of the Year, is joined by junior defender Nick McCarthy and junior midfielder Drew Metz on the first team. Eastwood also had three players — senior defender Simon Ashton, junior midfielder Patrick Brogan, and junior goalkeeper Aaron Brinker.
On the second team were (Eastwood) senior defender Eric Magrum, junior midfielder Ryan Sieving, junior attacker Sasha Ashton, senior attacker Dakota Wendt; (Woodmore) junior defender Brian Alexander, senior midfielder Gabin Camp, sophomore attacker Hunter Klickman; (Genoa) senior defender Mike Zam, sophomore goalkeeper Josh McCoy; and (Lake) senior midfielder Nick Byrd.
