The Toledo Mud Hens and the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees are to play back-to-back twin bills in Toledo on July 24 and July 2

The Hens will host the Yankees for a six-game series in four days from July 24-27. Due to rained out games in Scranton on June 17 and June 18, the teams will play doubleheaders in Toledo on July 24 at 6 p.m. and July 25 at 5:30 p.m.

Both doubleheaders will feature two 7-inning games and fans will enjoy two games for the price of one ticket.

Because both games that were postponed occurred in Scranton, the Yankees will be designated as the home team in game one of the doubleheaders on both days.

To have some fun, the Mud Hens say they will also be taking the visitor tag to the next level with the following promotions:
• The Mud Hens will bat first (as visitors)
• The scoreboard will reflect the Yankees as the home team
• The public address announcer will favor Scranton/WB in regards to enthusiasm
• Toledo front office staff will sport Scranton apparel then change clothes for game #2
• Video clips from “The Office” (and other Scranton tributes)
• The crowd will be encouraged to cheer for the Yankees
