Orchard Villa, a long-term care facility located in Oregon, has received an Award of Excellence for regulatory compliance by the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes, Inc.

Accepting the award from the Academy’s executive director, Victoria Gresh, Orchard Villa Administrator Rey Nevarez praised his staff, “To be near perfect in our very first QIS survey is a testimony to the outstanding staff that works hard throughout the year to achieve and maintain this kind of outcome.

“We are very proud to work in a facility that sets the standards high for patient care and services,” Nevarez said.

“I am pleased to present this award to Orchard Vila, which truly exemplifies quality of care in the industry,” Gresh said. “Orchard Villa has raised the bar for excellence, and I’m proud to honor them as a member of the Academy.”

Orchard Villa is owned by Legacy Health Services.
