A to Z Health Care, Inc., honored employees during National Home Care Month.

based in Perrysburg, held its annual appreciation luncheons for employees who have been with the company for five years or more.
At a celebration at Maggie’s restaurant in Perrysburg, company CEO Barbara Herman awarded company service pins and gift certificates to employees with “milestone” years of service.
Herman, Louise Kachmarik, regional coordination analyst, and Teresa Bennett, regional nursing supervisor, spoke about the company’s achievements and plans for the upcoming year.
According to the Ohio Council for Home Care, 80 percent of all long-term care is provided in the home. Hundreds of home care and hospice providers statewide provide vital support and services to help keep older and disabled Ohioans in their homes, at a cost much lower than institutional care.
A to Z Health Care provides nursing, therapy and home health aide services in clients’ homes or home care facilities.
