Frank Dobnikar, financial planner with S&D Capital, will discuss “Beneficiary Planning for Retirement Accounts” July 22 at 1 p.m. at Otterbein Portage Valley in Pemberville.

Dobnikar will discuss simple steps to the decision-making in planning. “It is important that retirees consider the beneficiaries when planning,” he said, adding that many people wonder who to include, when and how to include beneficiaries in planning.

Dobnikar, an experienced and knowledgeable financial planner, is currently president of the Rotary Oregon/Northwood chapter. He is active in the community and committed to serving those in Northwest Ohio.

A graduate of The University of Toledo College of Business, Dobnikar has a duel major in financial services and marketing. He has a Series 7, Series 66, Series 63, and life and health insurance licenses. S&D Capital, an independent financial planning firm, is committed to helping clients establish, review and reach their financial goals while protecting against financial barriers.

There is no charge for the presentation, but reservations are requested. Light refreshments will be served at 12:45 p.m. For more information or to attend, reserve by calling Pat Gory, OPV development director at 419-833-8905.
