More than 450 people attended the annual Waite High School Golden Years Luncheon Sept. 10. The event, open to members of all classes 1915 through 1963 that have celebrated their 50th class reunions, was held in conjunction with the kick-off of Waite’s 100th anniversary.
Alumni gathered at the Grant Murray Field House at Waite, where they enjoyed a buffet lunch, a performance by Waite's Show Choir and a presentation by local historian Larry Michaels, who is a member of the class of 1965.
