Mike Ontko, a veteran and student at Terra State Community College, leads attendees in a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony held Sept. 8 at Terra State Community College. The observance included a presentation of a Flag of Heroes and time for reflection on the terrorist attacks 10 years ago in New York, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania.
