A For almost a year, more than 20 men and women at the East Toledo Senior Activities Center worked on lap robes to give as Christmas gifts to residents at local nursing home facilities. In all they knitted, crotched, quilted and sewed 150 lap robes, which were tied with ribbons and delivered to Orchard Villa, Lutheran Homes, Arbors of Oregon and Heartland of Oregon.
