Six vehicles were reportedly broken into July 26 along Walbridge and Bradner roads in Lake Township.
According to police, electronic equipment, including amplifiers, computer accessories, music playing devices, and global positioning systems were reported stolen.
Four of the vehicles were parked at residences along the 4000 block of Walbridge Road and two were on Bradner.
There was damage to some of the vehicles.
Police said a resident of the 4000 block of Walbridge awoke around 1 a.m. when she heard a noise. She reported seeing a person she described as “short and skinny” outside her residence.
A garage window was also broken and another was removed in apparent break-in attempts, police said.
On July 25, a resident of the 1000 block of Lakehurst Drive reported the theft of two bicycles from a garage.
• Police charged Jeremy Rudder, 25, Maryland, with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and Bermaue Ramos, 30, Mexico, with assault on July 26 after an incident at the Super 8 Motel.
• David Rogers, 46, Toledo, was charged July26 with shoplifting after he allegedly attempted to steal 3 DVDs from the Petro Truckstop.
• The Flying J Truckstop July 24 reported the drive-off theft of $97 worth of gas. The truckstop on July 28 reported the drive-off theft of $52 worth of gas.
• The Fuel Mart convenience store on July 24 reported the drive-off theft of $339 worth of diesel fuel.
