"I got your freebird right here"
This C.D., I Got Your Freebird Right Here, was fun to make. Kevin Perzynski and I recorded the duo for six months. We took all of the live material, 20 C.D.'s worth, and picked the best. The result is a C.D. that looks and sounds like it came out of the studio. The performances are the best of the best and on every song the energy and the guitar work from these two Toledo Legends is off the charts.

Bobby May won the right to compete in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee once and Pat Lewandowski recently won his second trip.
This is the duo's follow up to their first C.D. "Live at Mickey Finn's". The two have been together for 14 years and this album is a definitive recording of their legacy.
Perhaps the best part of the C.D. is the fact that many nights the band didn't even know they were being recorded. So you get to hear the band loose, very open, and at it's creative peak.
The C.D. is an array of fast, intense acoustic guitar layered with bass lines and seasoned with a husky `I've drunk too much whiskey and smoked too many cigerettes' voice. The album features blues, bluegrass, folk and classic rock songs all adapted into Pat and Bobby's unique style, a real treat for musicians and music lovers alike. The guitar work is so busy, for the new ear it will be hard to believe it's only two guitars.
The C.D. contains some longtime favorite like Dark Hollow, Tangled up in Blue, Black Night, Fishing Blues, and Cripple Creek. But it also features a little known gem like Inflatable Doll, and the duo's versions of classics Whipping Post and Hit the Road Jack.
