Senior center up and running in Pemberville

Wood County Committee On Aging (WCCOA) is living up to its name as Ohio’s first nationally accredited Senior Center.

WCCOA opened a Senior Center in Pemberville in an effort to meet the needs of senior citizens in and around the village. The center, which opened April 1, and serves Freedom, Troy, Webster Township, Pemberville and all surrounding areas.

The center aims to help seniors through educational, social, recreational and nutritional programs. Those 60 years and older are invited to participate in the programming. Read Full Story . . .
