Christmas spirit
To the editor: The staff of Home Instead Senior Care would like to thank the residents of Ottawa County for their support of the Be A Santa To A Senior Program. Thanks to your kindness, gifts were delivered to 162 seniors this holiday season. We truly appreciate the Rite Aid stores in Port Clinton, Oak Harbor and Genoa, as well as, the Port Clinton Wal-Mart for allowing us to set up the trees and collecting the purchased gifts. We had great fun with community members and Home Instead Senior Care CAREGivers wrapping the gifts. A final thank you to Ottawa County Senior Resources Home Delivered Meals drivers and Home Instead CAREGivers for delivering the packages to the seniors’ homes. Thank you to all those who assisted in bringing the Christmas spirit to Ottawa County seniors.
