OREGON – Someone damaged electrical wires in an attempt to strip the copper in the 2900 block of Pickle Road on Feb. 4, said police;

•Someone took dentures and a hooded sweatshirt from an apartment in the 3900 block of Navarre Avenue on Jan. 1, said police;

•Someone cut a hole in a fence in the 3900 block of Navarre Avenue on Feb. 9 to gain access to the property, said police.

•Someone broke a door window of Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155  S. Wynn Road, entered the premises, and stole cash from a box on Feb. 3, said police.

Pemberville – Police Chief Richard Bingham said a local man wanted on a warrant for domestic violence has been arrested in Montgomery County.

The village police department had been trying to locate Michael G. Wilson and had offered a reward through the Crime Stopper program for information on his location.

Chief Bingham said Mr. Wilson was picked up by authorities in Montgomery County on Feb. 8 on separate charges.

Police said Mr. Wilson should be considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen in northwest Ohio driving a red Ford F-350 pickup truck and was thought to be in the Gibsonburg or Oak Harbor area.
Lake Twp.  – Residents returning to their Hakes Road home Feb. 7 found suspects fleeing the home with items. Two electric guitars, jars of coins, two VCRs, a flashlight, and other items were reported missing.

• A laptop computer, two DVDs, and jewelry were reported stolen Feb. 7from a residence in the 500 block of Woodville Road.

• A sports bag with business papers was reported missing Feb. 8 by a man visiting a relative employed at the Travel Centers of America truckstop. The bag had been left on the counter.

• A guitar and transmitter were reported stolen Feb. 8 from Rick’s Café, Woodville Road.

• Joane N. Hale, 21, Walbridge, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Feb. 7 after police responded to a domestic disturbance call to an Isch Road home.

•Two Fremont  brothers were charged Feb. 8 with obstructing official business after a traffic stop. Bradley Price, 26, and Quinton Price, 22, were charged. Quinton was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

Lake Twp. – Ashley N. Reyes, 21, Northwood, was charged Jan. 30 with disorderly conduct after a road rage incident.

• Residents of Millbury and Genoa roads on Jan. 30 and 31 respectively reported damage to trees and shrubs on their property by someone on a  snowmobile.

Lake Twp. – Two Millbury men have been charged in connection with the theft of a snowmobile from the Eastpointe on The Mall subdivision.

Christopher P. Fetter, 23, was charged Jan. 21 with theft and tampering with evidence and Trevor R. Cashen, 19, was charged with complicity to theft, police said. The seat of the snowmobile had been removed and the vehicle identification number had been scraped.

• Approximately 1,000 pounds of kitchen fixtures were reported missing Jan. 23 from the Flying J Truckstop restaurant.

OREGON – Someone stole 13 propane tanks valued at $650 from a Sunoco gas station at 1855 Woodville Road on Jan. 21, said police.

•Someone broke into an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Goodrich St. and damaged the dash and stole a cd/mp3 player on Jan. 6, said police.

•Someone stole a computer and calculator from an unlocked office in the 4000 block of Cedar Point Road on Dec. 22, said police.

•Someone smashed glass in the front door of Borics Hair Salon, 3253 Navarre Avenue, on Jan. 23 in an attempt to break in, said police.
