Summer time team work
For some students in the Woodville area, summer vacation from school isn’t a time to sleep in.

By 7:30 a.m. or so, they are mulching, mowing, pulling weeds, pruning bushes, painting, power washing, and an assortment of other jobs residents need done.

Finding summertime work for local youths – mostly students at Solomon Lutheran and Woodmore schools – has been a labor of love for Woodville Mayor Rich Harman, who’s been doing it for the past few years.
