Pemberville Policewoman Jennifer Kellogg fingerprints preschooler Kyle Newmister during an open house for the WSOS Child Development Program. The Pemberville police fingerprinted children while parents had a chance to tour the center. The WSOS Child Development Program is recruiting preschoolers ages 3-5 years old for its center.
