Louis Fahrbach may have made history after being elected to Northwood City Council on Tuesday.

“I think I can bring a young, business mindset to the community,” said the Business Administration major at Tiffin University. “Hopefully, we can get some things changed.”

At dusk, the festive lights shimmered along with those holiday lights on the full-size Christmas tree on Church Street across from village hall.

Burdine told village council at its Monday meeting that the bill had been $371 but that village officials in the utilities office had subtracted the $100 deposit to come up with the final sum.
