Health, wellness programs set InProcess, located at the Great Eastern Shopping Center next to JoAnn Fabric, will host a gathering of cancer survivors and supporters for a potluck and bingo fun Jan. 11 at 6 p.m. Admission is a dish to share.
The event is not intended as a therapy session, but rather a gathering of people for support and fun.
On Jan. 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., InProcess is having a wellness fair that will include psychic, tarot and angel card readings, reflexology, reiki, astrology and more. Readings are $15 for 15 minutes. The event will be held in conjunction with the Mesmeric Belly Dancing Studio, which will be holding a ladies' spa event day. The spa event is $55 for reiki, manicure, chair massages and lunch. Reservations are required for the spa event.
On Jan. 21 from 1 to 4 p.m., beginning self-defense classes will be offered for adults at a cost of $40. Classes will be instructed by BJ Dunn, who has been teaching self-defense for years.

Art of Healing Mercy Cancer Centers will present an “Art of Healing for Cancer Survivors” program Jan. 19 from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. in the board room at Mercy St. Charles Hospital in Oregon. The board room is located in the basement by the cafeteria.
The evening of fun, laughter and munchies will feature Klaire “K-Star” Russell, the “fastest female painter.” The free program is open to cancer survivors and a guest. For more information, call Jennifer Balogh at 419-467-3202 or Nancy Keller at 419-407-1186.
