The Ottawa County Health Department has announced the clinic schedule for the week of Nov. 3-7. Unless otherwise noted, all clinics are held at the health department offices, located at 1856 E. Perry St., Port Clinton. Appointments may be made by calling 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 1-800-788-8803.
Nov. 3 - Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Immunization Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Nov. 4 -Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.; Immunization Clinic – Oak Harbor, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Nov. 5 - Family Planning Clinic, 12:45 -4:30 p.m.
Nov. 6 - Well Child, STD (Sexually-Transmitted Disease) and Family Planning Clinic, 8 a.m.-noon; Flu Clinic, 8 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
Nov. 7 - Flu Clinic, 8 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
