Parked cars, sheds, and barns were targeted by thieves in a recent rash of break-ins in Lake Township, with several of the thefts occurring in the area of East Broadway.

• A welder, chain saw, and power tools were reported stolen Oct. 22 from a residence in the 6000 block of Keller Road.

• A miter saw, radiator, and copper cable were reported stolen Oct. 22 from a barn in the 27000 block of East Broadway.

• A wallet containing cash and credit cards was reported stolen Oct. 25 from a vehicle parked in the 28000 block of East Broadway.

• A radiator and extension cords were reported stolen Oct. 25 from a barn at an East Broadway residence.

• On Oct. 25, a resident of Clover Lane reported the theft of speakers and an amplifier, tools and toolbox, an IPod, and GPS unit from a vehicle.

• Cash was reported stolen Oct. 25 from a vehicle parked in the 3000 block of Plumey Road.
