Cameron Menchaca always looks forward to his birthday.

Of course, what kid doesn’t?

But this year, Cameron’s  birthday promises to be about 10 times better than the previous nine.

It’s not just because the Oregon youth will be enjoying a trip to Kalahari Resort with his family. This year, Cameron will be celebrating his 10th birthday on Oct. 10, 2010. That’s right. He’ll be 10 on 10-10-10. And as luck would have it, he debuted at Flower Hospital weighing in at exactly 10 pounds. (He missed being born at 10 o’clock by about  three and a half hours).

Cameron, a fourth-grader at Starr Elementary School, plays hockey and football. To celebrate the special decade milestone, Cameron will have cake and ice cream with family and take that much-anticipated trip to Kalahari Resort.

Cameron Menchaca’s, of Oregon, will celebrate his 10th birthday on 10-10-10 with a family celebration and a trip to Kalahari Resort in Sandusky.
