Community members of all ages are invited to join the bilingual adventures of “Dr. Dolittle” as Owens Community College’s Center for Fine and Performing Arts presents the theatrical version of a timeless favorite in both spoken English and American Sign Language Jan. 25 in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts’ Mainstage Theatre at 2 and 4 p.m.

As a rule, Kelly York is careful not to lie.

However, the Lake Township man didn’t mind twisting the truth just a bit in order to carry out the bright idea he concocted to propose to his sweetheart. 


Kelly wanted to make his proposal to Rachel Sheely a memorable occasion – something personal and romantic.
