Over the week leading up to and including the fourth of July the little church on Main Street hosted its first ever vacation bible school and Packed the end of the week with its Second Annual Freedom Celebration. Free hamburgers, Popcorn, Snow Cones, Cotton Candy, Music, Door Prize Drawings, and Dunk Booth greeted willing participants on their way to and from the Fourth Fireworks display in downtown.

Pastor Dan was quoted saying that the love of Christ compels us to do these things. An estimated six hundred people were served and hundreds of volunteer hours were utilized. All of the events of New Heights are free and open to the public. The little church does no fund-raising and refuses donations at the events. The concept is unique: “Christ’s love is free and so is this event.”

New Heights Fellowship is located at 613 Main Street in East Toledo. For further information contact the church at 419-469-8808.
