PERRYSBURG - Fat Fish Blue, home of the Funny Bone, is set to open at Levis Commons Aug. 4 for food service and live entertainment and Sept. 6 for comedy routines.

The establishment is located on the second floor of the Orleans Building in the Entertainment District at Levis Commons and will be operated by Greg Rufty, recently appointed vice president of Restaurant Operations for Dillin Corp., Jeff Gase, general manager and a team of restaurant and service professionals.

Fat Fish Blue home of the Funny Bone, which features a balcony overlooking the amphitheatre and the Town Green at Levis Commons, will offer creative Louisiana-Creole cooking and a relaxed atmosphere.

If you think tea parties are just for little girls, and maybe their special teddy bear guests, Dee Davies would respectfully disagree.
 
Davies, proprietor of Tea at BayView in Oregon, hosts tea parties for ladies (and an occasional gentleman or two) in a quaint cottage nestled among the gardens on her property at 7250 Cedar Point Rd., a stone’s throw from Maumee Bay State Park.

Dee and her husband Jim also run the BayView Bed & Breakfast, located at the front of the property, which was for a long time owned by the Carter family.

Tea party guests, who must make reservations in advance, are in for a treat and then some.
