Walbridge-Fest, Inc., will present the 14th Annual Spooktacular Cruise-in and Fall Festival Oct. 8 and 9, rain or shine, at Loop Park, located at East Perry and Dixon streets.

Boys and ghouls of all ages are invited to visit the Haunted Shelter House at 6 p.m. Oct. 8 and 4 p.m. Oct. 9, as well as from 6 to 10 p.m. Oct. 16, 23 and 30.

Registration for the car show will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday. The show will begin at 4 p.m. There is no entry fee. A Awards will be presented for Best of Show and best decorated vehicle. There will also be a car lighting contest. Other Spooktacular highlights include:

• Amusement rides Friday and Saturday by Metropolitan Amusements.

• Bridge Country Bluegrass Band will provide live music Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.

• Magician Michael the Magnificent will amaze and astound audiences Saturday at 5:30 p.m.

• Costume contest Saturday at 6 p.m.

• Light the Night Kiddie Parade Saturday at dark.

• Hayrides, games, festival food, pet activities and more.
