Through Feb. 7: Chihuly Toledo! Toledo Museum of Art, Toledo, Glass Pavilion. Famed glass artist Dale Chihuly is a favorite of TMA visitors and private collectors across the region. Through Feb. 7: Word Play, Toledo Museum of Art, Gallery 18. We are all familiar with the way words can transport us to fanciful places, flesh out fictional characters or even bring long-ago historical events to life. Word Play draws from the Toledo Museum of Art’s permanent collection—focusing on works produced in the last 50 years—to examine the stimulating linkage between text and contemporary art.
