In a show of commitment to the future of emergency preparedness training in the region, the village of Ottawa Hills Fire and Rescue Department recently donated a 1986 Ford Grumman Fire Engine and equipment to Owens Community College’s School of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the Center for Emergency Preparedness. The fire engine and equipment will be used to provide comprehensive, ongoing safety training for first responders.
