November 17th Luncheon:

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT – THE HOLIDAYS ARE ALMOST HERE! BELOW ARE THE ACTIVITIES THE CLUB HAS PLANNED TO VOLUNTEER FOR DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
PLEASE CALL DOUG STONE AT 419-381-1386 IF YOU CAN SPARE A FEW HOURS OF YOUR TIME THIS SEASON.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2nd we will be participating in the Old Newsboy’s paper drive at the Anderson’s at the Woodville Mall.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10th is the Salvation Army Kettle Drive. Club members will be bell ringers for the entire day!
Our members man the kettle at the River East Plaza on Main Street, working 3-4 hour shifts throughout the day. If you can give a few hours of your time, give Doug a call.
Holiday Food Baskets!
We have started to collect donations for the Waite Holiday Food Baskets.

On December 15th, Wade Kapszukiewicz, Lucas County Treasurer & David Mann, Executive Director of the Land Bank program will be our guest speakers,
updating the group on the Land Bank.
On January 19th, Dean Monske, Toledo’s top economic development official will be our guest speaker.

“Pennies for Paving”
The East Toledo Club is partnering with the community to show our East Side Pride! We are asking for you to donate your “pennies” to help raise funds to pave the way into the Waite High School football parking lot. Any & all donations are greatly appreciated.
