East Toledo Club Bulletin

Luncheon/Speaker for January:

January 20th:  Mark your calendars & plan on joining us at Michael’s Café & Bakery for our monthly luncheon.  The speaker this month will be Wade Kapszukiewicz, Lucas County Treasurer to discuss the Land Bank Program. 

   
Board Members:

The next Board Meeting will be Friday, January 7th at the Weber Block starting at 7:30am.  Please let Andrea know if you are unable to attend.  ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 419-691-7651).

The club members are going to attend a Walleye Hockey game on Saturday, February 19th.  It is “Hockey History Night”!  If you/your family members/friends would like to attend, please contact Andrea at 419-691-7651 by February 5th, as we have to purchase tickets. 
The cost will be the price of the ticket – we will probably meet at a local restaurant before the game if you are interested in making it a night out on the town!!

The Board would like to thank all of our members that have donated to the Waite High School Food Basket Drive.  Due to your generosity we were able to donate $312 to local families in need of a helping hand this holiday season.  Your kindness continues to show what a dedicated and committed group of people belong to the East Toledo Club.

Thank you to all members that generously donated their time during the month of December.  Whether it was with the Old Newsboys, the Salvation Army Drive, or helping at the Holiday Parade, we thank you for your time and support to make each of the activities a success.

A reminder of our cancellation policy for bad weather conditions:  if the Toledo Public Schools cancel due to weather, the East Toledo Club will cancel it’s activity as well.
