If you think you ought to be in pictures, your chance is here.

Extras are being sought for the feature film “Home Run Showdown” being filmed in Toledo at Fifth Third Field.

Locals are invited to go to the ballpark Thursday, Aug. 26 and Friday, Aug. 27 and sit in the stands while the cameras are rolling.

Stars expected to be at Fifth Third Field for the shoot include Matthew Lillard (“Scream,” “Summer Catch” and “Scooby-Doo”), Dean Cain (“Lois & Clark,” “Hope & Faith” and “Las Vegas”), Annabeth Gish (“X-Files,” “The West Wing” and “Beautiful Girls”), Barry Bostwick (“Rocky Horror Picture and” Spin City”) and former Major League baseball players Jose Canseco and Ozzie Canseco.

The film, being directed by Oz Scott, tells the story of 12-year-old Lorenzo Moore, a young baseball player who's determined to play ball in the local Colt league and joins a team of misfits that competes against other teams for the chance to shag balls in the upcoming Major League Home Run Derby.

Details are still being worked out. Visit www.mudhens.com for more information.
