East Toledo Block Watch will meet tonight, Nov. 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Garfield Elementary School Cafeteria.

Speaker Sarah Penner, of ESOP (Empowering and Strengthening Ohio's People), will offer information on foreclosure prevention and mortgage modification for homeowners.

ESOP is a HUD-certified, non-profit agency whose mission is to keep homeowners in their homes.
