Fisher Price seems to be doing all its housekeeping in one day.
The trikes are a hazard because the pretend key that sticks up can cause serious injury if a child falls on it. The company has 10 reports of injuries, including six that required medical attention. The infant activity centers have valves on the inflatable balls that can come off. FP knows of 46 valves that have come off, 14 were found in children’s mouths, and three reports of a child beginning to choke. And the green and purple cars from the Fisher Price Little People Wheelies Stand ‘n Play Rampway have wheels that can come off. No injuries have been reported.
Details about all the recalls, including model numbers, can be found in the linked CPSC press releases. In all cases, take the product away from your child and contact Fisher Price at (800) 432-5437 or their website for a free replacement.
