Nationally-acclaimed Buffalo Rome will bring their trademark blend of acoustic roots with intricate harmonies to Owens Community College’s Center for Fine and Performing Arts Friday, Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. in the Mainstage Theatre.

“Buffalo Rome’s unique style brings music reminiscent of the 1970s western country rock to life, which will certainly leave a lasting impression on concert attendees,” said Barbara Barkan, director for the Center for Fine and Performing Arts. The group has released 19 songs, which includes the highly popular “Big Sky” and “Ocean In Montana.”

Buffalo Rome will perform at Owens Community College
Sept. 17.

The country music group, comprised of Michael Visconti, Billy McCorvey and Kevin Douglas, has graced the stage of such venues as the Grand Ole Opry and performed with artists ranging from Montgomery Gentry and Kenny Loggins to Michael Bolton and Elton John. They have appeared on television’s "Great American Country" and within the pages of “Country Weekly” magazine.

General admission tickets are $18. To purchase, visit or contact the College’s Box Office. For more information, contact the Center for Fine and Performing Arts at 567-661-2787 or 1-800-GO-OWENS, ext. 2787.
