Celebrate cowboys at the Oregon Library 7-24

The sixth Annual National Day of the American Cowboy will be celebrated at the Oregon Branch Library, 3340 Dustin Rd., Saturday, July 24 from noon to 3 p.m. 

Co-sponsored by Sonseeahray Western Store in Perrysburg, the event is free and includes several activities for kids, a documentary on bull riding, and access to an array of books and videos featuring cowboys and cowgirls as well as the pioneers who settled the West.

The Wrangler's Menswear campaign - “Real Cowboys are Tough Enough to Wear Pink,” designed to promote breast cancer awareness, will also be featured at the event.
