In an emotional and bittersweet ceremony, 110 Lake High School graduating seniors received their diplomas Tuesday, June 8 at commencement ceremonies held at Owens Community College.

The graduates were scheduled to receive their diplomas Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the school, which was heavily damaged by a tornado Saturday night.

The class members chose as their motto, "Remember yesterday, Live for today and Dream for Tomorrow." Read more in a story in next week's Press.
