Throughout the day yesterday, St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Millbury offered beverages, snacks, shelter and restroom facilities to residents and emergency workers dealing with yesterday’s tornados.

Those looking for assistance in the wake of the storms may call the Red Cross at 419-329-2900 or the Wood County Health Department at 419-352-8402 or 419-200-1610.

Victims may also call Main Street Church, 705 N. Main St., Walbridge, for assistance with clothing, shelter and food items. The church is also accepting monetary and other donations. Call 419-666-3020 for more information.
