On Friday, April 2, Toledo Zoo animals will discover their habitats filled with terrific treats as the zoo presents the Animal Egg Hunt.
The whole family will delight in the sight of their favorite animals digging into some Easter goodies in what’s becoming a springtime holiday tradition. Plus join the Zoo for crafts and story times throughout the day.
The Animal Egg Hunt is not only a lot of fun for visitors; it’s also a great source of enrichment for the animals. Enrichment stimulates animals’ senses, encouraging them to interact with their environments and engage in naturalistic behaviors.
