Block Watch Area 421B, which includes the Garfield Heights neighborhood roughly encompassed by Essex/East Broadway, Front Street, Dearborn, Colorado/N. Ravine,, will meet Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at Garfield Elementary School, located at the corner of N. Ravine/Colorado and Worthington, across from Waite Stadium near E. Broadway.

The topic of discussino will include abandoned houses - (bring or e-mail a list of all the vacant houses on your street so Block Watch leaders can give a comprehensive list to the Department of Neighborhoods.
