Back-to-school giveaway

On Saturday, Aug. 22 from 4-6 p.m., Unity United Methodist Church at 1910 E. Broadway, Northwood, will hold a back to school supply giveaway.

There will be a special prayer and annointment for children and a free dinner. School supplies for all grades will be given away.

Memorinaville
Riders Unlimited, Inc., a local equine-assisted activities program for individuals with disabilities, will be the charity benefiting from Jimmy Bukkett’s Memorinaville throughout Labor Day weekend.

Come by water along the Sandusky River or by land to enjoy a weekend with live music, corn hole, 50/50 raffles, food and beverages on the beach at Memory Marina on CR 198, Fremont.

Riders Unlimited will also be selling program items and raffle tickets for the Baumann Auto Group Big Charity Car Raffle. Come spend a few hours, an evening or weekend of fun while helping a local charity.
