Terry Cecil

Terry Cecil, 57 a native of  Toledo, Ohio died unexpectedly August 4, 2020. He was an Army Veteran and retired Baltimore City firefighter. He leaves behind two siblings; Jonathan Cecil and  Karen Holliday. Also survived by two children; Terry Cecil and Hailey Cecil.
