New garden beds for Helping Hands

Members of Knights of Columbus Council 14344, River East-Mother Teresa, build raised garden beds at Helping Hands of St. Louis, Toledo. According to Sue Shrewsbery, director of Helping Hands, the old beds were ten years old and falling apart. Master gardener Vicki Gallagher, who retired from the 577 Foundation, will be offering gardening and nutrition classes. “And we are always looking for volunteer gardeners,” said Shrewsbery.
