Forbes Advisor: Toledo Most Affordable City for Family Vacations

        Toledo has been ranked as the most affordable city for family vacations by Forbes Advisor.
        The recent article names Toledo as the number-one city in the United States for travelers looking for budget-friendly family vacations.
        To determine the cities that are most affordable for family vacations, Forbes Advisor analyzed the 100 largest U.S. cities. Various factors were considered to determine the affordability of a city, including average airfare, hotel rates, and daily expenses, such as food and entertainment.
        Toledo stood out among other cities for not only its affordability but also its excellent attractions.

        Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Orlando, Florida; Buffalo, New York and Wichita, Kansas round out the top five most
affordable cities for families to take a vacation.

        According to Destination Toledo, Lucas County has a thriving $2.7 million tourism industry attracting 14.5 million visitors a year.
