PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF INTENT
TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH USDA

The Village of Oak Harbor hereby gives notice of its intent to file an application for financial assistance with
the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development for construction of water, sewer and storm
water facilities. This notice is published in accordance with Rural Development regulations contained in RUS
Instruction 1780.19(a). The proposed project involves construction of 5,565’ of storm sewer, 4,400’ of sanitary
sewer and 2,800’ of waterline to serve the Village of Oak Harbor.

A copy of the pre-application to USDA-RD is available for review at the office of the Administrator, 146 N.
Church Street Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449. Questions regarding this application or appointments to review said
application should be directed to Randall Genzman, Administrator at 419/898-5561.

Resolution 08-2018 ACCEPTING BID TO SELL VILLAGE PROPERTY.

Th e 2018 Annual Financial Report has been completed and filed with the State Auditor.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
WOODVILLE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION

The Village of Woodville Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Village Municipal Building, 530 Lime Street, Woodville, Ohio 43469. This hearing is to hear concerns and/or interest in the following items:

Proposed Alternative Energy Ordinance/Regulations - Considering wind and solar systems regulations, as well as backup generation requirements.

Property Development at 1211 W. Main Street - Commercial lot located between Sunoco and Dollar General.

Information regarding this Public Hearing is on file in the Village Administrator/Zoning Inspector’s offi ce during regular office hours.

Woodville Township has filed its Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2018 with the Auditor of State.

The report is on fi le and available to the public in the Fiscal Office which is located in the Woodville Township
Volunteer Fire Station, 321 E. Main Street, Woodville, Ohio, 419-849-2492.

The Woodville Township Trustees hold their regular meetings at 7 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at the fire station.
