The Jerusalem Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will meet on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 7:00PM at the Jerusalem Township Hall (9501 Jerusalem Road). The purpose is to hold a BZA Meeting for a variance request from Michael Szuch.  Mr. Szuch would like to construct an accessory building on the property located at 11171 Beach Park Drive, parcel # 3373057. A variance is being sought for the relief of Section 1601-4 which prohibits building on any lot that does not have a dwelling or main building. The application may be reviewed in the Township Office Lobby or by contacting the Zoning Inspector at 419.836.4510.

Public Notice

The Jerusalem Township Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, November 30, 2016 at 6:00PM at the Jerusalem Township Hall (9501 Jerusalem Road). The purpose is to hold a Zoning Commission Meeting for a Special Use request from the Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area.  Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area requests a change of use from Agricultural (A) to Open Space/Park District (OS/P). The application may be reviewed in the Township Office Lobby or by contacting the Zoning Inspector at 419.836.4510.

CANCELLATION NOTICE AND SPECIAL MEETING
The Regular business meeting of the township trustees on November 8th. 2016 has been cancelled due to the elections at the township hall.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Jerusalem Township will be held on November 15th, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the township hall at 9501 Jerusalem Road, Curtice, OH 43412.

NORTHWOOD BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS PUBLIC MEETING
The Northwood Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Northwood Municipal Building. All Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Tuesday of each month unless it is necessary to reschedule. The following appeals cases will be reviewed:

Case No. 0636: Tabitha Ilsley, 2018 Sheffield Pl. is requesting a variance to allow a deck to be built onto the existing trailer/mobile home which is legal non-conforming (the trailer/mobile home is located within the R-OA-2 zoning district which only allows permanent single family dwellings, which according to NCO Section 1240.06 (66) does not include trailers/mobile homes) N.C.O. Case No. 0635: John McVicker, 5300 Monarch Pl., is requesting a variance of 6’ to allow a shed to be located 2’ off the property line (8’ required). N.C.O. Section 1260.09(c)
