Northwood Planning Commission Public Meeting

The Northwood Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Northwood Municipal Building.

A proposed site improvement has been submitted by State Permits, Inc., 2700 Woodville Road, Northwood, Ohio, requesting a drive thru expansion for the McDonald's Corporation. Also under review Ordinance 2018-37, adopting the establishment of a "Property Maintenance Code" and declaring an emergency.

Planning Commission meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Monday of each month unless it is necessary to reschedule.

Notice to Bidders

The City of Northwood, Ohio is seeking bids for two marked 2019 Ford Police Interceptor Sports Utility vehicles.

Sealed bids will be accepted starting December 24, 2018 and ending January 14, 2019 at 12 p.m. Sealed bids must be sent to the Office of the City Clerk located within the Northwood Municipal Building, 6000 Wales Rd., Northwood, Ohio 43619. Sealed bids will be opened thereafter in the Council Chambers. The City of Northwood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

A copy of specifications can be obtained in person from the office of the City Clerk or by calling 419-690-1621, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Returned bids MUST be accompanied by a specifications check-off sheet that notes which items are included with the bid price. Any questions should be directed to Captain Zahradnik at 419-690-1643.

 

Public Notice

The Woodmore Board of Education, is requesting sealed bids for a section of the Woodmore High School Roof.

Bids are due by January 15, 2019. Bids will be opened at 9:30 a.m. January 16, 2019.

Bids shall be mailed or delivered to the Woodmore Board of Education,349 Rice St. Elmore, OH 43416. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “Woodmore High School Roof Bid.”
