Eastwood 6-foot-3 senior Jacob Meyer cleared 1,000 points in the early stages of a 61-32 NBC win over Otsego on an alley-oop from Eastwood senior guard Lake Boos.
He was sitting at 1,061 points with two regular season games remaining.

If the Eastwood boys basketball team played every game like when they defeated Elmwood, 70-35, or defeated Rossford, 65-38, the sky could be the limit for the Eagles.

The Fassett Gold seventh grade boys basketball team went 15-3 overall and 12-2 in the Three Rivers Athletic Conference to win the league title and the tournament championship by defeating Fremont, 40-30. On floor: Jayce Derr.

Oak Harbor seventh grade girls basketball defeated Margaretta, 36-18, at Port Clinton to win the Sandusky Bay Conference Bay Division championship. The Rockets are coached by Dan Yoder. The Rockets defeated Willard, 35-23, at Edison to move on to the championship game.
