Owens Community College claimed the NJCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Championship after defeating Hostos (NY), 65-56, at the Rochester Regional Sports Center.
Playing for Owens (27-4), the No. 1 college team in the nation most of the season is Lake graduate Hayley St. John.
